Return & Exchange Policy

To be eligible for exchanges or returns, items have to be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags intact). 

Panties are not eligible for any exchanges or returns.

Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchanges but not eligible for returns.

Size Exchange (for SG orders)

We try our best to advice on sizing, however, if the item does not fit, we are happy to do an exchange for you. 

All exchanges will only be done via mailing. The return mailing fee and an additional shipping fee of SGD 3 for the new item to be shipped back will be borne by the buyer.

Items are to be mailed back using only SingPost mailing services listed below:

1. SmartPac (SGD 2.20 inclusive of tracking) *Recommended
2. SingPost Basic Package
3. Normal Postage (SGD 1.15 or SGD 1.70 depending on weight, no tracking)
*we will not be responsible for lost mails for parcels that can't be tracked.

To initiate a size exchange, please drop us an email at hello@shopaire.me within 5 days from receiving the package.

Returns (for SG orders)

We understand that some products do not work for every one and we will offer a full refund to your original payment method should the product not work out for you. (This term will be changed to store credits in the near future when we have more products to choose from.)

Please take note that the return mailing fee will be borne by the buyer and a handling fee of SGD 4 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items are to be mailed back using only SingPost mailing services listed below:

3. Normal Postage (SGD 1.15 or SGD 1.70 depending on weight, no tracking)

Refund will be processed within 7 working days upon us receiving the returned package.

All exchanges will only be done via mailing. The return mailing fee and an additional shipping fee of RM21 for the new item to be shipped back will be borne by the buyer.

We do not allow returns for Malaysia orders, only purchase if you are comfortable with this term.
